Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on October 28 1967 in the home of Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. She is the fourth Roberts generation to live in Atlanta from her great-grandfather, a farmer John Pendleton Roberts. Her father was the first interest to theater. He was a part of his Emory University campus in 1952 and was also involved in productions outside of Atlanta. When he was stationed in Biloxi in Mississippi, he was given the role of a soldier for the play of Betty Lou Bredemus. They got married in the year 1955. Their first child Eric Anthony was born in 1956. Walter was an undergraduate at Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana. In 1957, the couple quit the Air Force and Walter started his education at Tulane. In 1960, the couple moved from Louisiana to Decatur Georgia where Walter began working at Atlanta's Academy Theater and the Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. The year 1964 was when Walter as well as Betty Lou began production on an on-sunday morning local children's TV show titled Bum Bum and His Buddies that they designed and funded. Later that year they founded The Actors and Writers Workshop which operated for a period of six years. They also had two other kids Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in the year 1965, and Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
